Convenient little package of bands. They arrive just like the picture shows, and are pretty good quality. I haven't used the heaviest one, but the other 4 seem to be in very good working order and at no risk to snap. The bands are pretty good quality (though my experience is admittedly limited) and the attachments seem to hold up well. The bag to hold the extra pieces when not in use is also a convenient little accessory. Recommended item!

Love them! Love the variation of resistance, and love that the door attachemtn is versatile, and not limited to just using a door hinge. Good product!
